**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our B2B business. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with expertise in Zoho applications and a talent for building and maintaining positive relationships with employees. You will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including performance evaluation, policy development, and employee relations..
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function for the B2B business unit
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by building strong relationships with employees
- Be a strong coordinator and ensure seamless collaboration within the HR team
- Maintain proficiency in Zoho People or similar HRIS applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Qualifications**:
- Female candidate with 7-15 years of experience in HR management
- Proven track record of success in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Immediate joining is preferred
