Roles & Responsibilities
· Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
· Responsible for the CCTV cabling, installation, configuration of DVR & NVR systems, and maintenance of the company’s CCTV systems. Monitor CCTVs in the branches making sure that retail staff is complying with the company policies and procedures.
· Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
· Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
· Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
· Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
· Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error-reporting systems
· Manage, install, and configure POS software and hardware. Coordination with the vendor for POS software issues and troubleshooting, replacement (if necessary), and upgrading POS hardware. Responsible for thermal receipt printer repair.
· Manage network servers and technology tools. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
· Responsible for Attendance Machine local configuration, Fibre Cables, and PABX System.
· Build an internal database with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
· Upgrade systems with new releases and models
· Set up accounts and workstations and troubleshoot issues and outages
· Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
